Brigerbad is a three-year-old still hunting for a first breakthrough after three races without a win or a place. The horse has been placed in the middle of the field in each outing, finishing ninth, eighth, and thirteenth in its last three starts — a pattern that suggests it is still finding its feet at this level. With
Ross O'Sullivan's yard at Kilcullen sending out winners at a steady clip this season (40 so far), there is experience in the corner, but Brigerbad itself remains a work in progress. Having raced just yesterday, the horse is clearly active and being given regular opportunities to improve.
