Boxwood Hill is still searching for a breakthrough. The two-year-old has lined up twice so far and finished out of the money on both occasions, most recently 12th, then 11th before that. With
Gavin Cromwell's yard at Navan firing on all cylinders this season — 96 winners already — there is clearly confidence in the operation, but this particular horse has yet to show that it belongs in the winners' circle. Still active and racing regularly, Boxwood Hill will get more chances to prove itself, but for now it remains a work in progress at a very early stage of its career.
