Bossy Angel
Bossy Angel is a two-year-old still finding its feet on the racetrack, having run five times without a win or a place finish to show for the effort. The horse has finished outside the top three in all five races so far—most recently ninth, then ninth again, eighth, fifth, and fifth going back—which suggests the step up to proper racing has been a tough introduction so far.Based on TrackLab's analysis

Our model's view, based on this horse's career and recent runs
The trainer Rod Millman, based at Kentisbeare in Devon, runs a yard that has been firing on all cylinders this season with 42 winners already. That form gives some reason to think Bossy Angel may yet improve as it gains experience, though being winless after five races at this age is not unusual. Two-year-olds are still learning the job, and many take time to click. The fact that the horse raced only yesterday keeps it in the mix as an active runner, so there will be more chances to see whether this one can turn things around and start finishing in the money.
