Bold Commander
Bold Commander is still learning the ropes at just two years old, having raced five times without finding the winner's circle yet. The horse has managed one second-place finish from those five outings, a result that came in its fourth race — a hint that it's starting to work out what racing is all about. Most recently, it finished fifth in a race run just a day ago, part of a recent stretch where it has finished fifth, fifth, fifth, second, and fifth across its last five attempts.Based on TrackLab's analysis

Our model's view, based on this horse's career and recent runs
The horse is trained by Aidan O'Brien at Cashel in County Tipperary, one of the most prolific yards in Britain and Ireland. O'Brien's team has already sent out 125 winners this season alone, so Bold Commander is learning its trade in one of racing's most successful operations. For a young horse still figuring out the game, that environment counts for something — O'Brien's team knows how to develop talent and work horses into form. At this early stage, with only five races under its belt and one placing to show for it, Bold Commander is exactly where many horses are at two: still finding its feet and waiting for things to click.
