For a two-year-old still finding its feet, that measured approach makes sense. The recent form—a pair of seconds sandwiched around a third-place finish—shows Bayside View is competitive but not yet dominant. Still, with a quarter of its races ending in the winner's enclosure and three quarters seeing it finish in the frame, this is a horse that belongs on the track and is worth keeping an eye on as it matures.
