He raced just yesterday, so he is firmly in active training and being kept busy.

The distance range of seven furlongs to a mile looks like his best ground on paper — he has won 1 from 11 races at those trips, which is still modest, but it accounts for his only career success. That win came at Brighton, and it's worth noting that Class 5 races, the level he most regularly competes at, have so far yielded zero wins from 14 attempts. That's a reminder that even at the more accessible end of the racing ladder, Arnaz hasn't been able to repeat what he managed that day at Brighton.

Tom Marquand, one of the leading jockeys in the country, has ridden him seven times without a win together — though it would be unfair to read too much into that, given the horse's overall record.
