Ardangel is a three-year-old trained by
Ed Walker in Upper Lambourn who has raced just once so far. That single outing came just a day ago, resulting in a third-place finish — not a winning debut, but a respectable introduction. With only one race under its belt, there is almost nothing to judge yet, though the fact that Walker's yard has already sent out 76 winners this season suggests the horse is in a competent operation. Whether Ardangel goes on to win races remains entirely unknown, but the early signs of being placed first time out suggest the trainer has something worth following here.
