Her recent form figures — 9-3-4-5-9, with a third place the clear highlight — suggest she can produce something on her day, though the two ninth-place finishes either side of that run show how inconsistent she can be. She raced just yesterday, so she is clearly in an active campaign right now, and her trainer will be hoping the penny drops sooner rather than later.

James Smith has ridden her six times without a win, which is a frustrating sequence for both horse and jockey. It does not necessarily mean the partnership is wrong — sometimes a horse simply needs to click — but six races together with nothing to show for it is the kind of run that makes the yard start to wonder.
