Altius

Altius is a 2-year-old still finding its way in racing, with two runs under its belt and a second-place finish in its most recent outing just yesterday. The horse has shown enough promise to place in both of its races so far, though it is yet to break through for a win. Trained by Charlie Appleby at his Newmarket yard—one of the most successful operations in Britain, with 121 winners already this season—Altius has every chance to develop into a competitive racer as it gains experience and matures.
