There's another thing that separates this horse from most: it absolutely thrives in the wet. On very muddy, waterlogged ground, Alpha Crucis has won 2 of its 4 races — that's a 50% win rate in conditions most horses hate. When the ground is heavy and the rain is hammering down at a course it knows well, this is a horse that comes alive.
