All Night Parking

The recent form figures of 4-4-7 before a run of blanks suggest there was at least a period where All Night Parking was knocking on the door — two fourth-place finishes hint at a horse that can be competitive — but the results since have dried up entirely. Finishing fourth twice is respectable, but it also means the horse has been beaten out of the places far more often than not, and a single place from six career races is a thin return for any horse at any level.

Class 4 is roughly the middle tier of British racing — not the glamour end, but not the bottom rung either. The fact that All Night Parking has raced three times at that level without winning once, from six career attempts in total, suggests it is a horse that has found its ceiling and not yet broken through it. At eight years old, with no wins on the board, the window for turning things around is narrowing with each run. Still active and still lining up, which counts for something — but the results so far make for sober reading.
