Akashaa

The recent form string tells an honest story. A second place sits in there among the last six runs, proof that Akashaa can get competitive, but the other efforts have been more modest, and six races without a win is a streak that will need snapping sooner rather than later. That yard belongs to Miss Natalia Lupini, based at Banbridge in County Down. Seventeen winners sent out so far this season is a solid return for the operation, and it suggests Lupini knows how to place her horses and get results. The question for Akashaa is whether the trainer can find the right race to unlock that elusive first victory — because the pieces are there, they just have not quite fallen into place yet.
